Wolastoqey Latuwewakon Curriculum Committee
The Wəlastəkwey Latowewakən/Wolastoqey Latuwewakon Curriculum Committee was formed in August of 2017. Their mission is to authenticate existing language curricula and to develop early childhood curricula for potential use in intensive language programming and for future Immersion programming throughout Wəlastəkok/Wolastokuk.
These resources were created by a Wəlastəkwey/Wolastoqey Language Curriculum Committee and made available to Wolastoqey Tribal Council Inc. Members at the time included Kelsey Nash-Solomon, Roseanne Clark, Anatasha Lyons, Judy Perley, Emilie Gray, and Greta Moulton. Other who have contributed include Andrea Bear Nicholas, Robert M. Leavitt, and the North Shore Mi’kmaq District Council.
