Sexual health event for Wolastoqey youth

Have you ever had a question about sex or your body that you’ve been too embarrassed to ask? Celebrating our Sacred Bodies is a two-day sexual health harm reduction event. This event will be focused on learning about STBBI’s, HIV, Body autonomy, online safety, consent, Wolastoqey sexual health vocabulary, and more!

Do you know where to access sexual health care and resources? Do you know what STBBI’s are and how to prevent them? How do we create space to be sexual beings while also protecting the sacredness of our bodies? This event will create safe spaces to ask questions and break the stigma surrounding sexual health.

Event details:

Open to Wolastoqey youth aged 18-25

November 14th & 15th 2026 | $200 Honorarium for participants – must attend both full days.

Delta Hotel Fredericton | Accommodations November 13th & 14th available for participants, including those in the Fredericton area.

Mileage covered for those travelling from outside the Fredericton area.

There is a maximum registration of 30 youth and hotel registration deadline is October 7, 2026.
